Whatever your point of departure,the Vars resort has constantly worked to develop its infrastructure to simplify your every move!

Coming from Paris
By car
With family or friends, it will take you around 7h40 by car to reach our resort.
Take the A6 motorway to Lyon, then the A43 to Grenoble. Then head for Briançon via the Col du Lautaret or Gap via the Col Bayard, then Embrun / Guillestre and Vars.

Special equipment
From 1st November until 31st March, light vehicles, commercial vehicles and motor homes must:
Either have metal or textile snow chains to equip at least two drive wheels,or be fitted with four 3PMSF-certified winter tyres (logo on the side of the tyre representing 3 peaks with a snowflake) or 4-season tyres, whatever the weather conditions.
By coach
The Neige Express shuttle service offers direct travel from Paris to Vars throughout the winter season. (departure from Paris in the evening, arrival in Vars in the morning)
tgv / Ter
From all over France to Mont-Dauphin / Guillestre station, 15 km from the resort. Once you arrive at the station, there are daily shuttle bus connections (for a fee) to the resort.
To Oulx and Marseille / Saint-Charles stations. A shuttle bus or TER service to Mont-Dauphin / Guillestre station will take you to the resort.
night train
For overnight journeys between Austerlitz station and Mont-Dauphin / Guillestre station. There are daily shuttle bus connections to the resort for a fee.

Coming from Marseille
By car
Whether you're travelling with the family or with friends, Vars can be reached from Marseille in around 2 hours 45 minutes by car. For your journey, take the A51 motorway towards Gap as far as the La Saulce toll booth, then towards Embrun/Gillestre and finally towards Vars.
